My experience of working with Penhouse is a very positive one. Their finished product is always eye-catching, creative and professional. However, the end product is only a small part of a bigger picture - just as important is the process of getting there. The staff are patient and pleasant, responding promptly to emails and phone-calls, so time is never spent “chasing” information. Penhouse people are just as concerned with getting things right as I am (and I am a perfectionist!) and they never treat what I send them as just another job.
