Connected Futures – Bridging Ireland’s Urban-Rural Divide was a great project to be involved with. Not only because we enjoyed branding it – given free reign to explore design solutions with beautiful photography by Kenny Whittle and styling infographics – but also great fun designing a campaign for Vodafone to appeal to businesses like ourselves – ruraly based but competing on a national stage. Immediately we could relate.
Based on a farm ourselves, we experience first hand the issues for rural businesses in Ireland and sometimes its good to offer a gentle reminder that we too are actively competing with the rest… as long as our communications don’t let us down.
This year we were so lucky to be invited on a pilot programme for SIRO’s high speed broadband, which offers us serious speeds (and we are loving it). Vodafone are one of the partners involved and through this connection, they came across our work and this project emerged.
